72 years old male patient suffering from Bechterew’s disease
Low impact vertebral fractures were diagnosed in T9, L1 and L2.

MIS surgery, T6 – L4, stabilizing with posterior instrumentation using the Neo Pedicle Screw System™
Totally 20 pedicle screws implanted in 10 vertebral levels from T6 to L4.

- 4 x Ø6.0x50mm
- 6 x Ø6.0x55mm
- 2 x Ø7.0x55mm
Rod contouring, fitting and placement
Rod, titanium 400mm, straight. Reduced to 380mm
Final tightening
Small MIS incisions to be sutured
